Soho House in NoMad
Opening in early 2028, our fourth House in New York will be set in the heart of NoMad, inside the historic Beaux-Arts Johnston Building on Broadway
Spanning three floors in the heart of Manhattan, the House will bring together club and wellness spaces to offer members places to eat, drink, work out, recharge, connect, and unwind.
When it opens, the House will feature a Club Bar and Drawing Room overlooking Broadway, a bar and lounge, a pantry for late-night drinks, a hidden outdoor terrace, and an events space for live performances.
It will also be home to our first gym in New York and most advanced Soho Health Club. Set across 20,000 sq ft, members will have access to social wellness, therapeutic treatments, and recovery amenities including a sauna, hammam, and an ice bath.
Our new House in NoMad will feature:

• A Magic Room for live music and entertainment
• Hidden outdoor terrace
• Fully equipped gym with strength and cardio machines, plus a regular program of classes
• Soho Health Club spanning more than 20,000 sq ft, featuring a sauna, hammam, ice bath, treatment rooms, and advanced wellness experiences
