Pilates

As part of Soho Health Club, we’ve reimagined our Pilates offering to include both contemporary and classical practices across a selection of mat and apparatus-based classes. 
 Designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance mind-body connection through controlled, low-impact movement, our classes are suitable for all abilities. Depending on the House, choose from contemporary mat flows or more traditional studio sessions using apparatus including reformers, towers, barrels, and Wunda Chairs. 
 
Soho House members can book all fitness classes – including Pilates – through the Soho House app, as well as one-to-one appointments at their local Health Club.

All classes are led by specialist teachers who will guide you through intentional movement, and tailor every exercise to challenge and connect each individual with their body, so they can understand it – instead of simply moving it.

A low-impact class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Using precise, mindful movements, this practice targets deep muscles to promote balance and a stronger, more aligned body.

Studio Pilates

A full-body workout that uses classical Pilates equipment including towers, barrels and reformers, as well as spring resistance to focus on controlled, precise movements that stretch and strengthen muscles, sculpt the body and improve flexibility.
